The Request for Proposals (RFP) for this BPA will be posted to the U.S. Probation Office web page at https://www.mnp.uscourts.gov/solicitation on October 8, 2026.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing to Contracting Officer Sam Casselton via email at Samuel_Casselton@mnp.uscourts.gov(link sends e-mail) no later than 12:00 pm Central Standard Time on October 15, 2026.
RESPONSES: All responses to vendor questions will be provided on the following website: www.mnp.uscourts.gov/Vendors/Solicitation Questions and Answers no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on October 19, 2026.
SUBMISSIONS:
For all proposals, one electronic copy must be received by the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office no later than 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on October 23, 2026.
Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
