FY18 Treatment Services Solicitations

Questions and Responses

All responses to questions will be published on this site no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 16, 2017. 
 

Question: My organization can only provide one service that is being requested in the proposal and I do not meet the staff requirements for all services. Can I put in a proposal to just provide one of the requested services?

   Response: Any proposal will be considered technically unacceptable if the offerer cannot provide all services solicited for in the Request for proposal (RFP), the offerer cannot meet the minimum staff requirements listed in Section C for the requested services, or the offerer fails to meet other requirements set forth in the RFP.

 

Question: Does the solication for the Hennepin County catchment area include the City of Minneapolis or would it be for surburban Hennepin County only?

   Response: Yes, the City of Minneapolis is included in the solication catchment area of Hennepin County. The Hennepin County catchment area includes all cities located within Hennepin County.

 

Question: Is the solication for the City of Minneapolis solely for substance abuse testing?

   Response: Yes. As noted in section B, the Request for Proposal is soliciting for the following services: Urine Collection, Sweat Patch, and Breathalyzers.

 

Question: Is the solication for Hennepin County solely for substance abuse treatment services?

   Response: Yes. As noted in section B, the Request for Proposal is soliciting for the following services: Intake Assessment and Report, Manualized Group, and Individual Counseling.
