The United States Probation Office for the District of Minnesota intends to procure treatment services for federal offenders using Competitive Purchase Order (CPO) for the following:

Mental Health Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, mental health counseling (individual, group, and/or family, which may also include dual diagnosis counseling), psychotropic medication, and transportation.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) for this CPO will be posted to the U.S. Probation Office web page at https://www.mnp.uscourts.gov/solicitation on January 21, 2025.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing to Contracting Officer Sam Casselton via email at Samuel_Casselton@mnp.uscourts.gov no later than 5:00 pm Central Standard Time on January 28, 2025.

RESPONSES: All responses to vendor questions will be provided on the following website: https://www.mnp.uscourts.gov/solicitation-questions-and-answers no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on January 31, 2025.

SUBMISSIONS:
For all proposals, a completed copy must be received by the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on February 14, 2025. Please send submissions electronically to treatment_solicitations@mnp.uscourts.gov.

Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
